What's my aircraft worth?

The honest answer to "what's my plane worth" is: whatever a buyer will pay — and the best proxy is what similar aircraft are actually listed and sold for right now. MarketPlane publishes live Canadian asking prices and recent sold prices by make and model, so you can value yours from real evidence instead of a guess.

What actually moves your aircraft's value

Two of the same model can differ by six figures. In rough order of impact: engine time against TBO, the avionics panel, damage history and how complete the logbooks are, then equipment (floats, skis, long-range tanks), paint, interior, and whether it's been hangared. Start from the market number for your model, then adjust honestly for these. Our cost guide and listing-jargon guide break it all down.

Listing is free with no commission, and buyers contact you directly. The market will tell you your number faster than any appraisal: price it against the Canadian average for your model, and if you get views but no inquiries, it's priced high. List your aircraft →
