Welcome to MarketPlane.ca. By using the site you agree to these terms. MarketPlane is an online marketplace that lets people list aircraft for sale and lets buyers contact sellers directly. Please read these terms carefully.

What MarketPlane is — and isn't

MarketPlane is a venue that connects buyers and sellers. We are not the seller, buyer, agent, broker, or a party to any transaction. We do not own, inspect, endorse or guarantee any aircraft listed, and we take no commission. All negotiations, agreements, payments and transfers happen directly between the buyer and seller.

Listings and content

• Listings are provided by sellers. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of their listings, and must have the right to sell the aircraft.
• You may not post false, misleading, fraudulent, infringing or unlawful content, or list an aircraft you are not authorized to sell.
• We may review, edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion, and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
• By submitting a listing or content, you grant us a licence to display and promote it on the site and in related communications.

Do your own due diligence

Aircraft are significant purchases. Always verify condition, logbooks, times, damage history and title independently, and arrange a professional pre-purchase inspection before you buy. Prices, specifications and availability shown on the site are provided by sellers or derived from listings and may be inaccurate or out of date. Market data and calculators (including price comparisons, cost and import estimators) are estimates for general guidance only.

Registry data

Aircraft registration information is reproduced and distributed with the permission of the Government of Canada from the Transport Canada Civil Aircraft Register. It includes aircraft data only — never owner or personal information — and may not reflect the most recent changes. MarketPlane is not affiliated with Transport Canada.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping or automated data collection beyond what we permit, no spam or harassment of other users, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, and no use that breaks applicable law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketPlane is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from any listing or transaction, or from reliance on information or estimates on the site, including any dealings between buyers and sellers.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which MarketPlane operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
